It was NEVER Biden's decision to make.
He was told to step down or else... and he knows what the or else means so he stepped down.
What he does (or doesn't do) from here does not matter - he is more of a lame duck than he has ever been in the past (if that's possible).
I'm still looking for a Big Mike - Hillary ticket to emerge from all this nonsense
Then Trump can empty the clip on both of these two evil families.
