It takes only a dozen printers working for a week to print 10,000 Kamala ballots.
It then takes a team of Democrats at each voting center to keep shoving the same 100 ballots through the counting machine over-and-over again while the doors are locked and observers are kept outside the building.

Most likely correct. Assumption is that they are attempting to create individualized ballots with different serial numbers (at least initially). But I could be wrong, and they could just be a bunch of retards printing as many as possible and crimin' any way they can. Obviously, they are running same ballot through tabulator, and they are likely fabricating some ballots with the scanning and digital ballot creation process as well.
