Kamala is an anchor baby, "Joe Biden" may already be dead, and SOTH Mike Johnson is next in the chain of succession. Hmmm...

America has birthright citizenship. It doesn't matter the nationality of her parents.

She was born in Oakland, CA on October 20, 1964. This means she's an American citizen.

Birthright citizenship is guaranteed to most people born on U.S. territory by the first part of the Citizenship Clause introduced by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution (adopted July 9, 1868), which states:

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

I think that is the rub., Her parents were here on student visas and they (and she) would have been subject to the jurisdiction of Jamaica.
