Why go to the trouble to push Biden out only to replace him with Harris? As Biden’s V.P. and “Border Czar” she is vulnerable on every issue that he was. As an Administration insider she has zero plausible deniability on the topic of his cognitive impairment.

On top of all that she’s a mediocre campaigner who completely lacks gravitas. Every time she’s asked an impromptu question she cackles and gives a ridiculous answer.

This hardly seems like a serious move to improve their chances of plausibly stealing another election.

I know it’s not a done deal yet, but if she’s somehow knocked out at the convention, the optics for the Dems couldn’t get much worse.
