There is absolutely no way she would have that kind of polling number.

Here's an article from NBC in Dec, 2019 about Harris dropping out because she didn't have the funds to stay in. Well apparently she didn't have the poll numbers either...

The latest RealClearPolitics average of recent polling showed Harris with just 3.4 percent support nationally, and just 3.3 percent and 2.7 percent backing in the early-voting states of Iowa and New Hampshire, respectively.
