They know they have no chance. DNC have been through the courts before and iirc the result was meeeh private org can do what they want in these circumstances.
I know they are going to do what they want anyways, but if those two do some screaming, PUBLICLY, it could red pill some more people.
I am really hoping this leads to an all out civil war for the D's during their August convention in Chicago. Let's have a repeat of the '68 convention...
