Welcome to General Chat - GAW Community Area
This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.
Rules for General Chat
-
Be respectful to each other. This is of utmost importance, and comments may be removed if deemed not respectful.
-
Avoid long drawn out arguments. This should be a place to relax, not to waste your time needlessly.
-
Personal anecdotes, puzzles, cute pics/clips - everything welcome
-
Please do not spam at the top level. If you have a lot to post each day, try and post them all together in one top level comment
-
Try keep things light. If you are bringing in deep stuff, try not to go overboard.
-
Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)
-
If you find people violating these rules, deport them rather than start a argument here.
-
Feel free to give feedback as these rules are expected to keep evolving
In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
I've been watching the series on Prime called Person of Interest starring Jim Caviezel.
Came across an interesting scene in Season 1 Episode 12 (I think) when John walked into the study with Finch he picked up a book that was laying face down on top of books in the book rack, and took a piece of paper out of it.
The book name? Ghost in the Machine!
There are a lot of references in the series to the corruption of local cops, the FBI, and CIA. Caviezel's role is that of a disillusioned ex-CIA agent that began questioning their role of assassinating people across the world. Considering his role in Sound of Freedom this role seems to tie right in.
After I redpilled my brother, he started telling me that this show (which he has been a big fan of for years now) might be related to Q because its essentially about an AI that used by the good guys to cleanup the world.
It does have a lot of things close to what the drops were exposing, and it uses some pics and news info that shows modern real politicians. It started September 2011, and ended in June 2016.
I'd say it could have been a prep for the introducing the people the corruption exposed in the drops. I don't think the blackhats are the only ones that know how to prepare a narrative.
I can see a lot of TV shows in the past have had "soft disclosures" sprinkled alongside the BH programming
That’s a very good TV series. I watched way before I was awake and didn’t catch those clues you mentioned.
Hey my sweet friend. Thought of you today . Miranda is coming to upstate SC this weekend with Kid Rock, Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert, Travis Tritt and Ashley McBride. I know you are a Miranda Lambert fan. ❤️
Oh that sounds like a great concert. Oh yeah she’s my top favorite artist. I’ve been to SC twice to see her, Charleston & Greenville. I hope you are doing well.
I’m sure that it will be, but I’m staying far away from all that mess. I can live with out that. My son in law has an off road assistance business. He does big trucks and busses. He got a call to repair Brantley Gilbert’s bus. Said he was very rude and dismissive. Said his wife was as sweet as pie. Said it didn’t matter to him it made it easy to eat his lunch on repairing his bus. 😆
You might enjoy this!
And this lol
Her covers are nice for people who aren't the biggest fans of modern country. It's a bit nicer I think.
She does a great job. 👍
She’s got a good voice, thanks for sharing. Miranda wrote Gun Powder and Lead from her experiences of her parents rescuing battered women. She writes most of her songs. I find it interesting people can write something from so deep inside. I don’t listen to many top label country artists, maybe about five. Honestly it depends on my mood what I listen too (username is an Elvis song about a moody woman🤣) I float from Texas artist to Kentucky country artist. Right now I’m really into 70s rock, R&B & country. Guess I’m getting nostalgic for my childhood memories.
