I need to replace some light bulbs in my house. I'm not big on LED's as it seems they either come with 1/2 the LED's not working from the get go, or after a few months 1/2 of them burn out. So I started looking at compact florescents. Seems in my state they might not sell me any as the DOE I guess passed some rule that they're no longer allowed to sell them. This would seem to be an instance of an agency passing a law which is what was just overturned by the supreme court. I'm wondering if there's an easy path for an individual to take to get that DOE order rescinded. Anyone already know the answer?

Make incandescents great again.
Lawfare against th alphabet agencies is the only way.
I agree. These agencies need to be smacked down relentlessly now that the Chevron Doctrine has been overturned. Don't even let them up for air. Non stop assault.
What about the DMV? licensing, registration, parking tickets, speeding tickets, if I’m not mistaken those are ordinances not laws. Does it apply to anything that’s not a law?
Not really sure what would now be possible with respect to overturning rules mandated by these (?) agencies. I'm guessing what I suggest in my post would be something that could be legally argued must be rescinded now that the Chevron Doctrine has been overturned, but I'm no lawyer so what do I know.
Yeah I don’t know either. You just got me thinking. How far does it go?
