I think what he meant was - once everyone is finally awake. And they see how quickly Trump remedies the issues and eliminates the root causes of corruption/Deep State... the hardened Trump supporters "won't have to vote anymore" to win elections, because the "Left" will be voting alongside us. Those remaining who have not converted to the Light Side just don't know it yet.
