We should always believe that they are masters in NOT telling a bold faced lie

Did they say “we had absolutely nothing to do with him, no contact, nothing” or “it wasn’t mkultra”. If it wasn’t mkultra, what program was it?

Whatever the exact words were, I’ve started to just believe them in the most strict interpretation
