Less than 10 people know the whole Q plan, but obviously there are hundreds of other people who know a partial amount, that pertains to their specific role in the plan. Restructuring corrupt Wall St. is one leg of the plan, and it's clear that RC is a lead player in that part of the plan.

Nope not buying that. RC got himself a good opportunity and he learned how to post his stuff up so people follow him like Q.

I don't think he was given a role in the Q plan, he just happened upon a role at GME and the stock market.

Also he didn't use the whole phrase "buckle up, buttercups".
