Cut back on sodium ----- processed food is packed with salt. I had to learn what normal, unsalted food tasted like.
We’re pretty clean eaters here. Raise all our protein and consume minimal processed foods. We use Redmond’s real salt. Not sure if that’s okay or not, but I do know it’s much better than typical salt.
It may have additional nutrients ---- but still the same old sodium that can make you retain water, make you obese, give you diabetes.
Most people today do not sweat, working in the sun like they used to. If you do ----- good for you --- you can tolerate more sodium ----- but you still need more potassium than sodium. Fast food usually doesn't cut it.
So, if you don’t sweat....? You need to cut back on sodium? I have noticed a decrease in my perspiration when working outside.
