Huw Edwards is charged with making indecent images of children

Scotland Yard confirmed today that the 62-year-old broadcaster was facing three charges over alleged activity on a WhatsApp chat between December 2020 and April 2022.

He made a big sycophantic song and dance of Charles's CORONAtion last year. Then the BBC dropped him when it came out he'd been paying a 17 year old for nudes. The Police at the time said there were no offences, probably too busy doing the Macarena at Pride to check properly.
