What was Cheater allowed to resign without being fo ced to testify PUBLICLY in an OPEN SESSION WITH FULL DISCLOSURE, no closed doors? Why wasn't she arrested and held in contempt of Congress IMMEDIATELY for failing to answer any questions?!
