His name is Greg Nichol I believe. Had a weird gun discharge in his past about a year ago if I recall reading correctly

Really interesting, so the plot thickens ...

1. He left his sniper position just before the shooting, and only returned when the shooting had already started
1. ABC News also revealed that the Beaver County SWAT medic who found Crooks’s lifeless body on the rooftop was the counter sniper Nicol’s wife, Michel Vasiladiotis-Nicol.

If she's the chick who was on the roof with everyone else, in the videos, she does look sketch AF. She looks like anything but a legit medic. And that's because I'm a former paramedic myself. She doesn't act like a medic at all. But they could be talking about someone else. That doesn't change the fact that that chick is still SKETCH!!

My comment on another post about this guy Greg, that I got from the article...

Court records also suggest Nicol filed for bankruptcy in 2000, but those records aren’t available online.

I know this bankruptcy was 24 yrs ago, but maybe he was having financial troubles and took a bribe to spread the info about Crooks to set him up, then look the other way while Crooks did the shooting.

I saw the video from the bodycam, she was very nervous on the roof, maybe scared of heights(?) or was she nervous because of involvement somehow(?), don’t know but didn’t watch everything she did, though I don’t remember her doing much but putting her gloves on, reach down and touch Crooks, then stand there for a bit, then walked down the roof near edge.

“Police Sergeant Gregory Nicol was in his office at the Monaca Police Station on December 15 when he unholstered his duty weapon to show it to another officer. His firearm accidentally discharged in the process, in what is being described as a ‘freak accident,’” the BeaverCountian reported in January, citing two unnamed law enforcement sources.

Headline USA also found that Nicol was sued in December 2005 for causing the wrong suspect to be arrested in a robbery investigation. In that case, Nicol admitted to confusing the identity of a woman, saying he made an honest mistake.

He seems to have one thing after another happen, I’m surprised he is still employed in LE.

Agent Sketchy is wearing a Secret Service uniform, but Sgt. Gregory Nicol reportedly "is a K-9, SWAT countersniper specialist part of the team dispatched by the Beaver County Emergency Unit - ESU."
