Is anyone claiming that there's no physical reason for why the lights stayed on? I believe God does absolutely cause genuine physical miracles in today's day and age, but more often than not I feel He works on rearranging the little details to get a result like this. Something like an odd setup of wiring that led to this one out of place structure remaining lit when the others go out.
In my mind both possibilities can be explained as Divine intervention.
