Im missing the part where anything in this video shows the shooter being taken out. The flicker is not the person falling because you can see them walk to the right literally right after it disappears for that brief second. Do dead people walk?

His hypothesis is based on a few frames with grainy pixels, where you can see a form moving and suddenly collapsing.

I mean just rewatch the video, the red circle follows the person. Right after the figure flickers it reappears and keeps moving. Its just poor camera quality. To say this is the shooter being taken out is to ignore the fact that the person keeps walking. What im more interested in is seeing a video of the shooter actually walking on the roof. Every other video shows him crawling or laying down
