Everyone assumes Biden wandered off. My curiosity is if someone was on the plane and he went onboard to talk to them for roughly two minutes. Or, if he was expecting someone else to get off who did not.
You can kinda hear him say as he steps down the last step, "different plane"
On top of that, the way he re-emerged highlights how confused he was - he poked his head out as if he was thinking about why nobody followed him in, saw everyone just staring at him, then proceeded to exit
