This whole claim that there was a shooter in the first floor window if all apart when you watch the whole Dave Stewart video, that the supposed window muzzle flash was lifted from, and notice the unopened window and the six foot tall fence uphill from the window. Yearick on the roof or Nicol in the second floor window makes so much more sense and could actually work but people are caught up in this stuff.

The same video shows the police trying to get through the gate of a chain link fence.... everyone here needs to realize the shooter from the first floor window would have to have treaded 3 or 5 rounds through a fence without hitting it... that's pretty awesome shooting.

The chain link fence was not between the AGR building and the podium.

I agree. With everything I've seen, I think there's no doubt there's more than 1 shooter. Also, with Officer Sketchy... Seems very very sketchy.
