I'm for tough on crime, especially any violent crime. Pedophelia is an emotionally violent and mentally violent crime.

Election Fraud in my book is treason. The severity depends on how many fraudulent votes you caused, if you just cheated your vote, then permanent loss of voting privilege, if a significant number of fraudulent votes should bring harsh prison sentences. Massive election stealing frauds should receive capital punishment.
