A great movie is Dave (1993) in which a look-alike, stand-in President has his accountant friend come in and turn around the government in no time, driving the establishment politicians crazy. Highly recommend.

It features Kevin Kline who is thought to be doubling irl as Melinda Gates. Once you see that you can’t unsee it kek
