The U.S. President is almost always the C.I.C., but they are separate positions.
It is possible that Trump has remained the C.I.C. during these past 4 years. It's also possible that neither Biden nor Harris is in charge or their staff, but that the U.S. has been under leadership of a "continuity of government " in place before Trump left office.
The Insurrection Act was signed sometime between January 6th and January 20th and devolution and CoG was instated. PEADs took effect and along with EOs and the national emergencies they spelled out, we have been living under limited martial law and the laws of war since, with the combatant commanders running essential functions at the the direction of the CiC of our governnment in exile, Donald J Trump.
Im pretty sure this is truth.
Ya know in the days and weeks immediately following the steal, Id ask my Dad if he could imagine a world where Trump abdicated his Constitutional duty to protect and defend. When Joe was "inaugurated", I was very confused. I knew there was no way in hell Trump had abandoned us. And almost immediately the game became apparent and the pathway above is how he stayed true as a Patriot.
Really, pretty sure should be nearly certain. As certain as you can be without being in the room.
Those of us that noticed a blatantly stolen election in November 2020 started digging, and it got ugly. Yes, it appears that Trump became Commander in Chief after the steal went on as an advisor to the military. Operations have been going on since then in a very large plan that's been rolled out and happening since then; the magnitude can't be understated and consequently that's why it's taking so long as the military does its thing while we "catch up" on what's been going on.
Right. No amount of arrests is going to dismantle a milennia old, worldwide operation in a day or a week or a month. And those arrests happening without a mandate from the People, leads to internecine violence.
It had to be this way isnt just a tagline, it was a necessity.
