Yep. 100%. I can speak for software engineering. The most awful female engineers would get promoted to project managers, mangers in general, and some even get promoted to a higher engineer level than some of the best male programmers. There are a few smart hard working female programmers though, just not a LOT. Also if you're pretty you're going to be promoted quickly to manager or better regardless of your skills. I think the female DEI shit is done on purpose to divide people and demoralize men in a male dominate field.
If she keeps it up, they'll make her director of IT at any number of companies...
