AISLING MURPHY CASE - TULLAMORE
This case is an extremely interesting development for the following reasons:
-
Apparently a "leading law firm" is representing the plaintiff
-
Plaintiff is a normie who had his life ripped apart - not a political man
-
This horrific crime ripped through the heart of rural "middle Ireland" - ergo mainstream reporting on this defamation case WILL reach the normies. Even if the lapdog media ignores or buries it, people in rural Ireland TALK to each other.
-
Plaintiff's victim impact statement raised MANY of the important questions about Ireland's mass immigration policy
I will be watching this case - and the reporting it receives - with GREAT interest

Iād say yes. Namely because even the Catholics and Protestants are marching together. And they normally are on unfriendly terms at the best of times. To put it mildly
God willing, Let It Be So.

I read the article. He's filed suit against the BBC, but this article doesn't give any details about how the BBC defamed him other than calling the political section of his statement unhelpful.
While GAWers will universally agree with his statement, and everybody with an ounce of humanity can sympathize with him, and it's also clear that the immigrant murderer caused his suffering, the article says nothing about the defamation. What else did the BBC do to defame him?
The basis for the cause of action would all be contained in the pleadings. I haven't seen the complaint yet - and I don't know how to access it online. Would love to see it though. Could be a case of first impression.
Will it survive a motion to dismiss?
