Copenhaver, 74, said the shooting that left him hospitalized for weeks with wounds on his arm and abdomen was an “unnecessary” tragedy, according to attorney Joseph Feldman of the Law Offices of Max C. Feldman in Pittsburgh.

This is the law office that I know well. They are brutal.
