“Buying” the property with “fiat” currency “borrowed” from the “bank” that just invents new “money” via a “loan” to be paid back via “rent” using actual wealth from wages earned through productive labour by the tenants.
But you can’t get a loan to buy the same property using the same actual money, because you have a bad “credit rating”.
Your credit rating is good enough to pay rent to allow the investor to buy the property, pay back the loan with interest and earn a profit.
The only real money involved in this scenario is the rent.
The whole system is a Ponzi scheme, one that the bankers and civil servants are desperate to keep going. It is wealth transfer “legalised” by a corrupt system engineered to reward those at the top. Your government civil servants are complicit in this scheme, their reward is ridiculous salaries, pensions and board seats when they retire, often early.
Mass immigration feeds into this scheme, as it has suddenly become “a human right to have housing”, even if you are not a citizen, actually particularly if you are not a citizen.
Tax is stolen from productive workers to pay the rent and welfare of immigrants, whatever is left in your salary pays your rent and bills. The immigrants “rent” is extracted from the country into institutions, pension funds etc.
At all levels the “system” is rigged to steal from you and lock you into a state of perpetual debt, limping from one pay cheque to the next, afraid to rock the boat in case you loose your job and end up homeless.
Just pay your taxes, work hard and watch the game on Sunday. You don’t have time for a family, community or church.
This is the reason certain people were evicted 109 times.
Aren't squatters given special rights in private homes in some states? Squat the fuck out! What's good for Peter is good for Paul under this precedence!
No keep renting and dont pay the rent once you are in it takes a while to get you out. If you just destroy it they likely have insurance and they will just make money.
I have a few friends that improved the homes they rented. I also do work for quite a few landlords. Maybe one in ten rentals are not destroyed. You are in a very small class of renters that take care of a rental they live in.
My family (even my mom and dad before me) have always been very ethical. We always try to leave it a little bit better than before. It's a mentality you cultivate.
Don't they mean BlackRock? Or, is Blackstone just a fictional entity?
Blackstone turns into BlackRock. It's just for confusion I think.
They are different entities. Lookup “blackrock vs Blackstone” for clarity

Ponzi scheme all the way. Of course.

LOL. Good idea.

Oh smart. Thanks.
Most renters already destroy the properties they rent.
No. We improved it. We used to rent. We don't destroy anything.

Much respect. I have instilled that same mentality on my kids.
That's great to hear. Your environment affects you, so if you live in a good and clean environment, you feel better. That's why we do that.
