I think you misunderstood my comment. I was merely agreeing with you while referring to the fact that if a "hate speech" clause is added to the 1st Amendment, that it can eventually lead to a wide array of things being censored. Not that you implied anything contrary.

Where is the slippery slope in “all speech is free speech”? Was I unclear that all speech falls under 1A?
