Will the arrests be for kiddie diddling or Treason? One has a long prison sentence while the other has a good neck stretching as it's ultimate punishment. I'm thinking a dirt nap AFTER a looooong prison sentence would do just fine. Plus no club fed. Bare concrete floor, hole in the corner to piss in, no bed, two thread bare sheets, and a constant temperature of 53 degrees. Death is too good for traitors. Let's make an example out of them and show their time served to every school aged kid so they can get the idea of how America will treat traitors.
Nay nay, young Jedi knight. A long sentence(20-30 years) and then knowing the ultimate sentence is death by execution would be great. Imagine HRC old and crippled walking out of her cell and right to the gallows. That's twenty years for her to ponder the mistakes she made against this great country. Plus she has no chance of escape or commutation of the sentence. Plus since it's a military trial the regular court system cannot intervene.
The problem is people like HRC don’t believe they are in the wrong, they feel entitled to do what they do. I say save the money from feeding them for 20 years. As soon as the gavel hits the block with a guilty sentence walk them straight out to the gallows!

China does that. Once sentenced, its Straight to the executioner. No delays. Immediately executed.
