I remember when pregnant woman were told no smoking, no coffee, no alcohol no aspein or any drugs unless verified by your physician.

Now it is a free for all.

Exactly. Also no deli meats No seafood etc. I know things changed in 2005. Pregnant with my son and they were pushing the new Gardasil vaccine. Nope!
