Aha .... SO they cannot break into it, so they restrict it. My bet is: Those terrorist who fucked up that concert communicated via Signal.

The interjection is bad. Because that is not the Russian consideration. This is meant as a hitpiece against signal. But on closer inspection, it is actually a great piece, as it confirms the security with signal.
