A family member who is a cardiac nurse just told me about a patient they had. Patient is over 80 y.o. and presented with chest pain. Patient was taken to get a cath. Fastest cath ever. No blockages. Been taking lysine and vit C for years.

No heart attack, but heart muscle was under stress releasing enzymes that indicates an issue. Maybe something new will materialize tomorrow. The pipes were squeaky clean. Amazing.
Interesting. I have never heard of enzymes causing or indicating an issue. Fascinating. If you find out more, please let us know! Thanks, fren.
No Heart attack. They never found anything and discharged him. There are other reasons for high troponins, the enzyme, but coupled with chest pain... generally indicates cardiac distress/blockages and heart attack. But this guy had squeaky clean arteries.
So interesting! Thanks for the update. Glad he's okay.
