Derry? Northern Ireland? Petrol Bombs? Tossing at British Police?

So I see the local Irish are embracing their time honored traditions again.

Change the clothes for the 70s to mid 80s. And the PSNI for the RUC. And you could probably pass it off as a scene from the Troubles. Or a Movie about the Troubles.
