I think the Top/ bottom part is Muslims telling British Authorities to shut people up about the immigrant rape gangs. The girl is probably underage as well. Tie it into all the riots over the murders of kids and UK telling people they will go to jail for speaking out and inciting violence. All recent and relevant.
