Hey, that sort of makes sense. Some of the trans can look pretty convincing on the outside, when they have paid for enough work to be done, but a female one might still be able to get pregnant when the work has been only to change her outer appearance and she hasn't taken enough hormones or gotten that type of surgery that would make her for certain infertile.

And some of them are of course stupid enough to try and hide the fact that they are trans even when meeting a doctor for some sort of health issue not connected to their so called "sex change" (you, damn it, can't change your sex, even if you may be able to change your gender role in society to some extent...), not really the sex they are pretending to be, even when it risks their health.

Doesn't of course change the fact that it is just one more sign of how messed up things have become.
