This is precisely what they did in Charlottesville and other places.

In Charlottesville the police cordoned off an area and forced antifa and the protestors into the same area under direct command of the Lieutenant Mayor, who was a radical leftie.

The media would not cover that aspect of it, “surprisingly”.
