Nobody knows anybody's true motivations. That's why you agree with them when they're right and disagree with them when they're wrong and leave it at that.

Correct.

But I do know how much power Elon has. Sometimes it's not about motivations. It's about conflict of interest that causes a bad result for everyone else.

Making twitter that all everything platform is great for Elon. It is bad for everyone else. Due to it's centralized nature.
