Remember that the best way to destroy government control... is to fill it with complete garbage.

Everyone switch ID's, or log in false info whenever possible. Fill the system with complete garbage. The government thinks it is tracking people? Let them track Millions of ghosts. Overwhelm their system with garbage data.
