It makes me very wary of Vance being his VP pick. But I doubt he will dump him at this time.

I get it, but this is what we have to work with. Trump knows his entire background and still went with him, unlike Pence, who was more or less selected for him with the help of commies like Paul Ryan. I think Trump has learned a lot, so I'm gonna let him cook and let's see where this goes.

Remember the Rex Tillerson pick?

He wasn’t trustworthy, but he was needed for a role.

Isn’t there basically a whole book worth of comments about the “Scaramucci Model”?

Do they need to be impeccable, or usable? Can VP be replaced? Could he have been placed in that position by WH to see what’s going on?

I don’t have any conclusions or opinions about him, just throwing out some possible strategic intents.
