Wish I could see the future, if I was 100% certain I'd take a heloc out on some of our property, buy 4000 more ozs for about 110k and then just pay my $500/mo in interest until it got to about $150/oz, then sell 1000 oz to pay off the heloc and own the remaining 3000 to hold.
