is this a catholic thing?
i've been looking for a Christian calendar app to track Biblical dates. I don't mind catholicism, but I also don't consider myself one.
any advice appreciated
Yes my friend. Check out Regina Caeli app. Daily Bible readings and lists the feasts days and other special days of the Church. It’s great. ❤️🆒
Today Aug 15 is the Feast of the Assumption...the day Jesus took his mother Mary back to heaven when she died.
The day Mother Mary ascended to heaven. She was 15 when she gave birth, 48 when Jesus died on the cross. She died at 66-68 yrs of age.
Tradition is to go to mass and of course eat!
Amen! Our Lady is a most powerful intercessor. I ask her daily to cover President Trump with her mantle of protection.
God bless you my friend. And may Our Blessed Mother cover you and your family under her protective mantle forever 🙏🏻💙

Same here, its wonderful. I came across this when I worked in Dhofar in the late 70's, where the royal green frankincense comes from.
