How come we didn't hear about the hospitals being flooded with cigarette smokers during Covid?
Not a single one of my cigar smoking buddies, including myself, ever got whatever it was they were calling Covid.
I don't know WHY... but it's an interesting question nonetheless.
Coincidentally (hehe), the same receptors in the brain that snake venom binds to, nicotine binds too also.
When these receptors are full of nicotine, certain human biological reactions to ultra low doses of snake venom are ameliorated (prevented).
yup. Nicotine receptors also are key to the spread and growth of certain cancers. Using nicotine will literally kill cancer cells. And its not addictive.
If you would take the time to read the studies you'd find nicotine is beneficial to your health. It's a natural substance in a lot of vegetables. It has anti-bacterial properties, it's a nootropic (smart drug) and enhances cognitive ability, it's anti-inflammatory and it's a stimulant just like caffeine and is no more addictive than caffeine. Acutely, potential side-effects of nicotine are similar to acute side-effects of other stimulants such as yohimbine or caffeine due to increasing catecholamines. The problems come when smoking it, smoking anything causes problems. And also the additives added to nicotine products are harmful in many ways.
