I mean it’s Chicago. Chicago SWAT and Riot units probably have an MRAP or two in inventory. I know they’ve got Lenco Bearcats for certain though.

With the right attachments and paint. Bearcats at Night could probably pass as Military to the untrained eye. Though that probably says more about how big of a shithole Chicago is. Than the Bearcats.

Though they may also be forward deploying National Guard Elements. For pretty much the certainty of riots and unrest.
