Well spotted. We should always remember that Q never once directly referenced Adrenochrome. Adrenochrome realities might be true, but they are NOT Q. They are "anon". One of the critical reasons that Q had to draw the distinction (after 3 years) between Q and Anons, and that there is no "qanon".
