Here's how I would do it.... Hire Elon for this temp gov agency with a hard deadline of when it's dissolved with no way to prolong it. Just long enough for him to run some data, make a nice spreadsheet for all Americans to view, fire the useless idiots, and give him a cash $20 and a crisp high five for being a bro. Think he would bite?
