Try the U.S. Capitol building.

There were reports yesterday that a moving van had pulled up to the WH, but I don't know if that was true or not. It could explain why all the WH webcams are suddenly down.

Just saw a video of the uhaul there, it was just equipment for the pressure washers that are cleaning the outside of the building. Guy took video & pictures inside the van and of the pressure washers.
