Some could have been parasitic infectations distributed organically, or through air, water, or f*ood, or for cases appearing post-jab via the jab. Others post jab - nanobots via the jab(?)

PCR tests were - and are - bogus as far as identifying the coof (may be why the inventor "conveniently" died before PCR testing became the primary diagnostic tool during the plandemic).
