And who did you hear that from, Planned Parenthood? The FDA? I hear this line all the time. Seems awfully convenient that this pill can somehow prevent pregnancy, even after a couple has had sex and the man has already put the baby inside the woman.
Wrong. Abortion pills and morning-after pills (also called emergency contraception) are two different types of medication: Abortion pills end a pregnancy. Morning-after pills prevent pregnancy from occurring.
It's the morning after pill which is OTC.
