They just handed this creep a "get out of jail free" card. Instead of being arrested and charged for solicitation of a fake 13 y.o., now he's free to molest real kids. If this ever did get in the hands of LEA, the roid rage asshole in the Dr. Pepper shirt will go up for aggravated assault and the creep will go free.
