171 A machine gun possession charge was dismissed by a district court in Kansas yesterday on 2A grounds. The court found that machine guns are clearly bearable arms, and in this case at least, the govt failed to show a historical tradition to justify their ban. Something is odd with this deal.
The Anderson AM-15 isn't a machine gun. It's basically a lower budget semi-auto AR15 chambered in .300 blackout.
Now the "Glock switch" is a different story and is illegal to own without proper license/permit here in the USA.
However, the Glock switch is made for......drum roll please....a Glock.
Could they just be classifying any machine gun conversion kits under the label "Glock switch"?
what about blue jean belt loops?

Belt loops will now be banned because they are machine guns. Thanks a lot. Kek
Bump loops?
