Seems like this could have just been resolved with a guy in a nicely tailored suit and a knock on the door and a
“Hey Buddy. We think you might have put up a fence on land that belongs to the Federal Government. Since you haven’t broken the law before and we as of right now have no reason to suspect it was intentional. We’re just going to ask for you to take it down within 60 days. If you feel we are in error here is the number of our legal department to lodge a formal complaint and open a Civil investigation. Apologies for the inconvenience sir. Have a nice day.”
Criminal Charges. And Tacticool tards showing up over something that could have been as simple as either a Federal guy who noticed the alleged problem or the Rancher misreading a map or whatever documentation about the boundaries he used when he put up the Fence in question is seemingly ridiculous and blowing a matter for a civil court at best. Out of proportion.
It’s not like he sold secrets to the Chinese. Or kept Military and National Security secrets on an unsecured server in his bathroom
